How do I sell my clothes?

We use a buy/sell/trade model, in which the seller gets paid at the time of the appointment. Seller gets approximately 25% of our projected price, payable via Venmo, cash, check, or store credit (for a 10% bonus!).

What do you take?

We're looking for high-quality, in-season, all-gender contemporary and vintage clothes and accessories.

Items must be in new- to like-new condition (no stains, pilling, odors, holes, or pet hair). Shoes must be unwornWe do not take fast fashion (like Shein or Temu), business wear, formal wear, high-end/luxury brands, or fur stolls.

Brand we love include Anthropologie, Banana Republic, Eileen Fisher, Everlane, Free People, Gap, J. Crew, Madewell, LL Bean, Lululemon, Old Navy, and Patagonia.

Please bring clothes in bags (not on hangers). Maximum of 20 pieces per appointment.

We aim to have something for ages teen and up, all genders, and all sizes. Highest-demand sizes are 10 and up.

What can I expect during my appointment?

Come on in to the checkout desk towards the back of the store. You can leave your bags by the desk. We'll need 10-30 minutes to research and price each piece (depending on the number of pieces you bring). You're welcome to stay and browse the store, or pop out for an errand and come back! We'll calculate the total, issue the payout via Venmo, check, or cash, and pass back any of the pieces we don't take.

Do you take walk-ins?

If it's three items or less, then yes. Any more than three pieces require an appointment.

Do you take donations?

Yes! We gratefully accept donations. You can email us to arrange a time to drop off.

What happens to clothes you don't sell?

We donate usable clothes to Mass Appeal, a small, woman-run nonprofit that services communities north of Boston.
